From Our Founder

Hello, and welcome to Snack-Learning!

My background includes 35 years’ experience as a technician, service rep, tech trainer, and instructional designer in the heavy equipment, oil and gas, small engine, automotive, and manufacturing industries.

For over 25 years, I developed and delivered the Waukesha* gas engine course curriculum at GE Waukesha’s world-class Product Training Center and around the world. I created and administered Waukesha Engine’s global online technician re-certification program, which we distributed in six languages for 1000 service and parts professionals world-wide.

I have story-booked, starred in, filmed, and edited product training videos, one of which is bundled and sold with the industry’s best engine ignition system analysis and troubleshooting tool. Additionally, I also have extensive experience and training in engine technology and exhaust gas emissions testing and analysis, as well as project management for engine generator sales.

My 35 years in these industries have taught me there will always be a need for training. Although its form may change over time, the demand for training will not change. Since I have the heart of a trainer it seemed logical to step in and help industries overcome the skills gap by helping to train NextGen employees.

My goal is to ensure each SnackLearning customer enjoys an exceptional experience as we help close the gap between the task at hand and your employees’ skills.
