Power Generation Technology

Course Outline

This is a 3 day primer course in electric power generation to better understand the fundamentals of electric power and engine driven generators. The ultimate goal is a complete mastery of power generation but this is difficult without fully understanding the technology behind it. This course will pave the way to achieving that goal by providing a fundamental base from which to quickly build a thorough understanding in gen-set operation, troubleshooting and application.

Who should attend?

Engine service technicians and sales professionals who are responsible for product commissioning, field service, or customer contact who have little knowledge or service experience with electric power generating equipment or its application.
